As organisations continue accelerating their digital transformation efforts, cybersecurity has become more than a technology issue. It now sits at the intersection of operational resilience, digital trust, governance and national competitiveness.
Against this backdrop, CyberDSA 2026 brought together cybersecurity professionals, government agencies, technology providers, regulators and industry leaders from around the world to discuss the challenges and opportunities shaping the future of digital security.
According to preliminary figures shared by the organisers, more than 8,000 participants attended the event, including visitors, VIP delegates, industry stakeholders and cybersecurity professionals from across the globe.

The event served as a platform for conversations around artificial intelligence, critical infrastructure protection, digital trust, cybersecurity governance and emerging threats affecting both public and private sector organisations.
Aras Integrasi at CyberDSA 2026
For Aras Integrasi, CyberDSA 2026 marked an important milestone in our technology journey.
During the event, we introduced our Sovereign Cybersecurity Capability through the unveiling of three proprietary cybersecurity platforms:
- VoronCitadel | Govern: A governance, risk and compliance platform designed to provide organisations with clearer visibility over cyber risk, accountability and decision-making.
- GovSec | Know: An AI-assisted threat intelligence platform that helps security teams transform complex threat data into actionable intelligence.
- chainSENTRY | Investigate: A blockchain intelligence and investigation platform supporting transaction tracing, risk assessment and digital investigations.
Together, these capabilities reflect three interconnected cybersecurity requirements:
Govern. Know. Investigate.

From Technology Ownership to Operational Capability
As part of the event programme, Aras Integrasi's Director of Cyber Security Practice, Faurani Jaafar, delivered a Flash Talk titled: “Developing Sovereign Technology and Proprietary Intellectual Property”

The session explored an increasingly important question; “How can organisations and nations maintain meaningful control over the technologies they depend on?”
The discussion highlighted the importance of combining technology ownership with local talent development, operational competence and sustainable product development.
Technology sovereignty is not about isolation from global innovation.
Rather, it is about ensuring that organisations possess the expertise, intellectual property and operational understanding required to develop, maintain and continuously improve critical technologies.

Looking Ahead
CyberDSA 2026 provided valuable opportunities to engage with government agencies, enterprises, strategic partners and industry stakeholders.

More importantly, it reinforced the importance of building practical cybersecurity capabilities that can support governance, threat visibility and investigation in an increasingly complex digital environment.
As cyber threats continue to evolve, organisations will need more than technology deployment alone. They will need visibility, informed decision-making and operational readiness.
At Aras Integrasi, we remain committed to developing technologies that help organisations strengthen cyber resilience while contributing to Malaysia's broader sovereign technology ambitions.
